All non-emergency repairs MUST be made via the PPM web portal below.
The request form must be complete and detailed, with pictures provided if applicable. The more detailed the request, the better prepared our maintenance personnel will be to make the repair. Once you submit the request, you will receive an e-mail within 48 hours with details of who will be addressing your repair. If you do not receive this email, please contact PPM at (912) 748-8830.
NEVER contact any of our maintenance personnel directly to submit a repair request. ALL requests must be approved by management. By requesting work to be completed, the resident acknowledges that if the repair is found to be due to misuse, as specified in the lease agreement, the resident may be responsible for cost of the repair.
You will be contacted within 24 hours of the first business day the request is received in our office to arrange time for the maintenance. (Please call PPM if you haven't received a call during this time).
Service calls are scheduled Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
It is the resident's responsibility to arrange maintenance personnel's entry into the home. Any missed appointments at the fault of the resident will result in resident being charged for the appointment.
Emergency defined
Anything relating to the property that is threatening to life, health, or the property.
Examples: Fire, tree blown on the roof, flood, sewage back-up, gas odors, broken water pipes, heat out (if the temperature outside is below 45 degrees), A/C out (if temperature outside is above 85 degrees).
*If the emergency is life-threatening, call 911 immediately*
Examples of NON-emergencies: Refrigerator out, locking yourself out of the house, dishwasher/disposals not working, power or gas off, oven not working, A/C out (if the temperature outside is below 85 degrees), heat not working (if the outside temperature is above 45 degrees), property has two HVAC units and one is still functioning properly, water heater out.
PPM is not liable for loss of food caused by appliance break down.
