Can you hold a place before I apply?
You can sign a Holding Fee Receipt and pay 50% on one month's rent to hold the home. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
At lease signing, you will pay one month's rent and the security deposit that is equal to one full month's rent. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Per Georgia Law, the security deposit belongs to you and is held to pay for any damages or outstanding balances. If there are no damages or balances, the deposit will be returned to you. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
Once you have been approved you will receive access to the rental portal which is where you will pay rent and make any maintenance requests. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
You have to have prior approval in writing from Management. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If the roommate is approved for the lease by themselves, an amendment can be done to remove you. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must give a 60-day notice. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The owner unless it is tenant inflicted.
