Are you licensed?
Yes, I am a licensed Broker in the State of Georgia. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, if necessary. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, all payments are made via direct deposit. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
You are welcome to see the lease and have a copy but Management signs all leases. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, but mostly limited to my current clients. -
How and when do I get my checks?
You will receive a direct deposit into your chosen bank account once the tenant's payment has cleared the bank. -
How is rent collection handled?
Once the rent is collected, the management fee and any invoices are paid with the remaining balance sent to you. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Equal to one month's rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family and duplexes. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a statement monthly around the 10th. You will also receive a full year statement with your 1099 by the 2nd week of January. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
All security deposits are held in a separate trust account.
